Jewls specialses in using music and dance to help people feel free and un-selfconscious in themselves and in relation to others. She will lead the group through a series of playful dance exercises using games, laughter and encouragement along the way. Expect to feel released, warmed from the inside out and super up-beat on your way home and for days to come.
